Currently we are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to approach new business opportunities and support several major accounts through account growth and account management/maintenance.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Actively prospect for new accounts and maximize sales potential with existing customers.
  • Pursue complete ownership of the customer. Aggressively pursue new contacts, relationships and opportunities.
  • Establish a complete understanding of the customers’ current and future products in order to allow Swiss Ranks to present leading-edge integrated solutions.
  • Primarily responsible to do conductive research and business plans in various industries focused by Swiss Ranks.
  • Provide market research and leads/opportunities in US, Europe, Singapore, China, and other emerging geographical regions.
  • Continually develop and improve product and industry knowledge to maintain professionalism and stay abreast of new developments through contacts with professional organizations, publications, trade shows and customers to leverage them for the sustainability of Swiss Ranks.
  • Understand the level of product disclosure to clients and external parties, confidentiality, intellectual property, and trade secret.
  • Implement business plan, inclusive of achieving and exceeding sales forecast based on strategic direction of the Company and its offering of technological solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of Swiss Ranks product lines and their applications.
  • Learn Swiss Ranks’ organization internally and build relationships with mechanical, electrical, R&D divisions.
  • Communicate with sales, marketing, customer service, operations, engineering, quality and executive management in defining specific needs required to serve respective market and/or specific customer.
  • Create marketing presentations both technical and product information, create financial forecasts, sales pricing, matrix criteria and revenue forecasts for specified products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s Level Degree with at least 3 years of engineering and/or business experience of outside sales experience in semiconductor or other technical industries with consistent track record of results
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent organizational skills and customer relationship management
  • Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Strong analytical skills- Strategic Selling, Excel financial, Market Trend Strong organizational skills and solid work ethic
  • Able to be flexible with dedicated working hours (Interacting with customers from different time zones)
  • Able to travel at least 25%
  • Highly professional, self-driven, engaging, creative and passionate about technology


Video Editor and Animator

Currently we are seeking an experienced Video Editor and Animator to create a captivating visual content that engages and educates our customers about Swiss Ranks Products. The ideal candidate will be a trendsetter, ready to take on the challenge of creating outstanding video contents that fit’s with Swiss Ranks Business model.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Create high-quality animations for a wide range of audiences
  • Create original multimedia assets for explainer videos
  • Use creativity and video editing techniques to tell a story or to provide information in visual form
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for fresh content, with the ability to produce concept sketches and storyboards
  • Comprehend and execute direction from fellow teammates and team leads
  • Maintain the appearance of all video content by enforcing team content standards and implementing industry trends
  • Respond to internal requests for video additions or updates
  • Communicate new creative content additions with other Swiss Ranks teams/departments
  • Create 3D animation video’s of each Swiss Ranks product line.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, graphic design, or related field preferred but not required
  • Portfolio with examples of motion graphics and 2D animation
  • 2 or more years experience using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • 2 or more years with general design experience
  • Certificate in computer animation, graphic design, or related field preferred but not required
  • Ability to balance innovation alongside company style guide standards
  • Ability to illustrate and storyboard

Roles & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Support to do conductive research and business plans in the Semiconductor industry overall as well as non-semiconductor industry.
  • Conduct research with the latest Semiconductor industry trends, new technology, and competition analysis in the global market.
  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales and negotiation is preferred.
  • Provide market research and leads/opportunities in US, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand, Vietnam and other emerging Semiconductor geographical regions.
